We’re a proudly family owned and operated local business and understand that work requirements come in all different shapes and sizes.
So many people are no longer wanting to commute to their office full time but also don’t want to work from home so they get some peace and quiet……… We think we’re the perfect in between solution!
While being in the same building Workspace by Murrell Group is completely separate to the operations of our own business. There is a separate entrance and exit and standalone kitchenette available for our guests along with separate bathroom facilities and an outdoor decking area for those nice spring and summer days.
We have three offices available for rental with all offering separate air conditioning and heating. The small number of offices mean their will be a maximum of 3 people in the workspace facility at any one time which ensures things are nice and under stimulating!
Each office also has access to our communal area (which can be viewed in the gallery photos) featuring complimentary tea and coffee as well as a kettle.
North Geelong Location
Our site at Douro Street North Geelong has ample parking available along with being 5 minutes from pretty much anywhere you might need to go during your time with us! There’s also great local café’s available such as Bear and Scoobs (on Thompsons Road) or Jimmies Café’ which is on Separation Street
We even have an onsite hand CarWash where the crew will be more than happy to get your car looking spic and span while you work.
Private Offices
All offices are completely private and exclusive for your use during your booking time. The entrance to the facility leads into our communal area which includes a kitchenette along with tea making facilities and a kettle. We welcome inspections and are on site from 9AM to 5PM from Monday through to Friday so please don’t hesitate to reach out and let us know if you’d like to drop in for an inspection before booking you will be more than welcome!
Outdoor Decking Area Available
Our outdoor decking area is the perfect spot for lunch and a coffee on a nice sunny day. We also offer picnic tables and some outdoor furniture to make the most of your relaxing time!
Flexible Terms with Short or Long Term Rental Available
We know your requirements sometimes change on a daily basis and will be as accommodating to those changes as we possibly can.
There is no lock in contract or fixed lease term and we have hourly, daily and weekly rates all available depending on your specific circumstances. You can simply pay as you go and wave goodbye to us whenever you’re ready!
Wi Fi Included
Wi Fi is included as part of your rental. Our speeds are generally very fast and currently average 20MPS downloads and 25MPS upload
